Violetta Sit Terpeluk is the founder and owner of two complementary firms: IndigoFlow Wealth Advisory, a nationwide financial planning franchise, and Indigai Business Advisory, a business exit planning education platform.

With over two decades of experience, she has guided individuals, families, and business owners through transitions like retirement, reinvention, and business exits—blending strategic thinking with life-first clarity. Her work integrates technical skill with behavioral insight, drawing on deep experience in financial planning, transition readiness, and personal design.

Born in mainland China and raised in Hong Kong, Violetta blends Eastern holistic thinking with Western planning rigor. She began her career as a management consultant at PwC and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan. She holds the CFP®, CEPA®, and CVBA designations, with additional credentials including CPWA®, CRPC™, BFA™, and Registered Life Planner certification.

Today, she focuses on helping clients and founders clarify their values, simplify complexity, and move forward with purpose.

She lives in Northern California with her husband and mother. Together with their two college-aged children, they continue to shape her vision of true generational wealth—financial, relational, and purposeful.
